Update info for Doug Fellenbaum

Ace Augustine

Bio

My name is Doug Fellenbaum and I am 19 years old. Fresh out of High School, I am just a kid looking to pursue my dream of drumming as a career with my band Ace Augustine. I started playing drums when I was 12 years old with my brand new Yamaha Rydeen Kit. This sounded way more exciting seven years ago of course! A lot of drummers depend on lessons at a pro shop or something of that nature, but me, I love to teach kids how to do things themselves speaking for myself as a completely self-taught drummer. After getting my neck into the music industry with our first record "The Glory of Trumpets EP" , I decided it was time for an upgrade. With this day in age, the metalcore scene has really developed an "image" of certain brands and styles of drums. I shopped around and called up Dark Horse Percussion where I experienced some of the best customer service that I have ever encountered, giving me updates bi-weekly how the kit was coming along. As I sit typing this bio before I head to bed and track our new full length album in the morning, I hope you take my words of wisdom for all you drummers looking to upgrade as I did. It was truly one of the best decisions that I have ever made and the sound you get is unmatched.
