We use only the finest components in crafting our drums and we are second to none in customer service. Once you have your price quote, you can call, email, or fax us to have your order processed. In most cases, a a 50% deposit is required for production to begin. We work with every player on a case-by-case basis in order to provide personal service and met your financial and percussive needs.
You have 15 days from the time you placed your order to change your selected drum size[s] and 30 days to change your chosen finish. After those two points in time, modifications to your order will not be processed.

All drums are custom built to our customer's specifications. Therefore, once drums have been ordered refunds or returns are not permitted. However, if there is ever a problem with a drum, we will stand behind our product and assist you in rectifying it.
Our current production time is 8 to 12 weeks for snare drums and 4 to 5 months for full drum kits. Production times may vary due to the required finish, parts, and customization options. We always do our best to keep our players "in the loop" on when their drums will be completed. Always feel free to contact us onthe status of your drums!
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal©, checks, and cash. Since drums are custom built to our customer's specifications, we do not accept online payments through this website.
We ship our drums around the world, using a variety of shipping and delivery methods. We currently ship via Fedex, UPS, USPS and TNT Freight to meet our customers' shipping needs. After manufacturing has been completed, we will notify with you expected shipping & delivery dates.
Average cost of shipping Standard Ground in the US is $25 per snare drum and $175 per 3-piece drum kit.

Yes. We schedule appointments in the evening for prospective customers to demo drums and sit down and talk shop. Please call us at 908.259.5355 to set up an appointment at our facility.
